Tushar Bhatnagar

Tushar Bhatnagar is a lawyer registered with the Bar Council of India and is the founding and managing partner of the Firm and has a substantial experience of over 8 years in dispute resolution. His practice focuses on civil, commercial, and criminal disputes, including specialised domains of arbitration, cyber laws, immigration laws, custom laws, aviation laws, information technology, intellectual property rights, and white-collar crime matters as well as ED, SFIO and EOW investigations.
Tushar also has substantial experience across laws relating to negotiable instruments, recovery proceedings, consumer matters, arbitral procedures (domestic and international), property laws and personal laws.
He has successfully represented clients from diverse industry sectors, including financial services, real estate, steel, power, construction, information technology, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, sports, media, and consumer goods, before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Trial Courts and Tribunals.
Sidharth Chopra
PARTNER
Sidharth Chopra is a lawyer registered with the Bar Council of India and has a substantial experience of over 11 years in the domain of handling complex commercial disputes primarily pertaining to Securitization and Asset Reconstruction.
He has represented and advised various corporate entities across multiple industries ranging from IT to Hospitality before numerous Specialized (Commercial) Tribunals along with the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Due to the vast exposure to several high-stake commercial disputes, he has been able to successfully formulate strategies for various stressed corporate entities, in helping them protect their businesses and investments from possible future litigations and/or assist them in strategizing their litigation against creditors, lenders et. al.
He has also formulated revival/resolution plans on behalf of various stressed entities who are undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and has assisted corporations in identifying and acquiring such stressed assets. He also has extensive exposure to litigation practice and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT, and in recovery litigation of stressed assets.
